The Hang

The Hang is Temple's rope jam. A lightly structured opportunity for meeting and mingling with fellow rope enthusiasts and getting up to rope shenanigans. This time featuring a beginners’ circle! 

All experience levels are welcome to join! This is not a class, although there will be an opportunity to learn some basics in the beginners’ circle, and peer-to-peer skill sharing is always welcome. Please be mindful of tying within your skill level or asking for support if needed.

Bring your own rope and rigging equipment if you plan on suspending. We will set up suspension points both on bamboo and rings.

Doors open at 7pm and we will hold a brief circle for introductions and basic house rules at 7:30, followed by the beginner’s circle. The introduction circle is not mandatory, but highly encouraged.

• Two 40% discount tickets are available per event for PoC, sex workers, and trans folks. Please reach out for the code.

  • If cost is prohibitive and you are not part of these communities please reach out for volunteer opportunities.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide at least 48h notice via email to refund or reschedule a ticket. A 5% processing fee will be subtracted from refunds.

All charges will appear as Porter Cycles LLC in your statements. Please do not dispute charges.
