Ask Gombé— Open Rope Lab

This is an open-format workshop with no fixed curriculum.

The content is guided by the participants’ questions, challenges, and technical interests. Through live demonstrations, discussion, and hands-on exploration, we will investigate topics together as they arise.

The workshop is not limited to rope techniques. Depending on the interests of the participants, discussions may also include body awareness, tying masculine bodies, play, rope philosophy, and the creative process behind rope work.

Topics May Include:

  • Rope techniques

  • Approaches to tying masculine bodies

  • Body awareness and sensation

  • Play and interaction

  • Tension management

  • Live demonstrations

  • Open discussion and Q&A
