Shibari Theater is a unique performance that immerses the audience in a profound world of emotions, feelings, and personal stories. It raises important questions, touching on triggers and details that awaken long-forgotten experiences and reveal new dimensions of sensation. This is an art form where the rope becomes not just a tool, but a means of genuine communication between the performers and the audience.

At the core of the theatre lies a synthesis of various art forms: dance, Aikido, contact improvisation, and live music. These elements intertwine during a 40-minute journey of transformation, culminating in a refined and elegant tea ceremony, creating an atmosphere of calm and completeness.

$20 deposit online, $30 cash at the start of performance. $50 total.

CANCELLATION POLICY: you can reschedule once or ask for a refund up to 48 hours before the event. If you would like a refund, please email us at temple.nyc.bushwick@gmail.com , and we will take care of it with you. A processing fee of 5% will be subtracted from all refunds. No refunds will be issued with less than 48 hours notice of cancellation.
