10 Ropes – 10 Stories

A creative Shibari suspension journey

In this workshop, we’ll work with 10 ropes—each one suspended from above and each one holding a story, a feeling, a theme. Together, we’ll explore dynamic suspensions as a way to create a wide range of emotional and somatic experiences.

This is a very freestyle, expressive approach—where the person tying becomes the artist, and the bottom becomes the living sculpture. It’s not only about beautiful technique. It’s about shapes, movement, and body manipulation that convey an intentional story—maybe a story of fear, or love, or tenderness, or lightness. 

You’ll need 10 ropes of standard size, and a ring for suspension (or 10 carabiners)

Please come with a rope partner who has suspension experience.
Wear appropriate clothing (no nudity).

We’ll also offer an option to take photos and videos of your final creation—so dress accordingly if you’d like to capture your work.

This will be a unique exploration, something that breaks patterns and invites you to move beyond what you already know. Let’s create something unexpected—together. 

RSVP $140 per pair

Tickets sold as pairs, $140 per tying pair.
$60 deposit online, $80 cash at the start of class. $140 total.

CANCELLATION POLICY: you can reschedule once or ask for a refund up to 48 hours before the event.
