Level 4 with Syd

This class is for advanced students confident in their static suspension technique, ready to level up their skillset. 

In this monthly class, students will work on dynamic sequences with multiple transitions.

We’ll focus on:

• In-air body handling

• Multiple upline management

• Quick decision making

• Ability to identify, assess, and solve in-air problems

• Adaptability and customization of patterns and sequences

• Awareness of safety and risk considerations
  

Prerequisites:

We strongly recommend that both rigger and model have taken FORMS, or a comparable suspension level class, several times before proceeding to this class. We require at least one partner of each pair to have taken Rope0.

Rigger prerequisites: experience building and assessing suspendable harnesses, experience building multiple static uplines, confident in rope communication skills, knowledge of safety and risk in rope

Bottom prerequisites: confident in-rope communication skills, knowledge of safety and risk in rope, confident ability to monitor and communicate signs of nerve compression

Pairs should have tied together multiple times.

Supplies: One full rope kit. This class will be taught on bamboo, no additional rigging gear is required.
